Graeme Pole has been writing professionally since 1989. His non-fiction works on the Canadian Rockies are best-sellers. His landscape essays and photography have been widely published. In recent years, Pole has been writing fiction and is compiling an illustrated anthology of his landscape essays. He lives with his family near Hazelton, where he serves as a paramedic.
