Not to be confused with Criminology professor Colin S. Campbell, he is a professor of public policy at Simon Fraser University. His books include Managing the Presidency, which won the American Political Science Association’s Neustadt prize for the best book on the presidency. With Bert A. Rockman, a professor of political science at University of Pittsburgh, Colin Campbell edited The Clinton Legacy (Chatham House, 2000) to evaluate President Bill Clinton's two terms in office.
