In Blue Politics: Pornography and the Law in the Age of Feminisim (Press Gang, 1994), Danny Lacombe examined the Conservative government's attempts to criminalize or limit pornography in the 1980s with Bill C-114 in 1986 and Bill C-54 in 1987, and how those initiatives were defeated. Lacombe was an assistant professor at the School of Criminology at SFU when the book was published.
