FRANKLIN, Ursula M.




Born in 1921, she published the text of a keynote speech she delivered at the Community Access to the Information Highway Conference held in Ottawa on May 7-9, 1995. The chapbook was called Every Tool Shapes the Task: Communities & the Information Highway (Lazara Press, 1996). Franklin is a feminist and Quaker who holds a Ph.D in experimental physics.
