A former arts editor of Monday magazine, Robert Moyes wrote Victoria: The Insider's Guide for tourists and residents alike. Born in Victoria in 1953, he compiled weekly B.C. Bestsellers Lists for several years under the auspices of his research company, Wordsworth Inc.
