As a geography professor at the University of British Columbia, Robert M. Galois edited A Voyage to the Northwest Side of America: The Journals of James Colnett, 1786-89 (UBC Press, 2003). It also contains extracts from a second journal kept by Andrew Bracey Taylor, a third mate on one of the ships under Colnett's command [See James Colnett entry].
