Born in Cloverdale on January 10, 1934, David Allen Pease lived most of his life in the North Thompson Valley of B.C. He moved to Vavenby as a child, with his mom, dad and sister Hazel. Schooled in a one room schoolhouse for eight years, Pease was a sawmill worker for most of his life before moving to the warmer climate of Madeira Park, where he is now retired with his wife, Fran.
