BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS: The father of two boys, Kenneth (Ken) Manning has also been involved with teens for more than thirty years as a professional teacher. As a doctoral candidate in the Leadership program at Gonzaga University, he published Scrapyard Warriors and worked part-time as a photojournalist with the Vernon Morning Star newspaper specializing in action-sports photography and writing. He was also a fulltime teacher of high school special-needs students. He has published booklets on computer use for the Okanagan University College, feature length articles and photographic essays for local media.
