After a stint in Dubai, Naeem and Sabrina Noorani arrived from India in 1998 and prepared a how-to guide for orientation, Arrival, Survival Canada, a handbook for new immigrants, co-authored with journalist Lynda Cumming, that covers banking, income tax, driving, citizenship and job hunting.
