Peter Legge to launch seventh book at new Distinguished Author Series
On October 19, 2004, Peter Legge, president and CEO of Canada Wide Magazines and Communications Ltd., will launch his seventh book, The Runway of Life. The book is a collection of stories and ideas Legge collected from one of his most valued mentors, the legendary businessman and philanthropist Joe Segal.
"For over two decades, Joe Segal has influenced so many decisions in my life, and it was something that Joe said that inspired me to write this book," says Legge. "This book is about motivating people to use their time on this earth as best as possible because you don't know how many years you have left."
The complimentary book launch party will be held as part of The Vancouver Board of Trade's new Distinguished Author Series. Legge and Segal will be in attendance to sign copies of the book that can be purchased for the special launch price of only $20.
