Sahoyaleekw: Weaver's Art (1982) This 32-page books includes a collection of weaving designs of the Coast Salish peoples. It was the companion to the exhibition at the Thomas Burke Memorial Washington State Museum July 13, 1982 to January 2, 1983.
Lushootseed Texts: An Introduction to Puget Salish Narrative Aesthetics (1996). Lushootseed elders shared seven stories of their people which was then transcribed and translated into English. This serves as an introduction to the oral literature of the peoples in Puget Salish, along with information on narrative design and their cultural background.
And Brushed by Cedar, Living by the River: Coast Salish Figures of Power (1999) which includes various essays on the lifestyle of the Sto:lo Nation are presented in this book, bringing to light complex cultural issues which includes the Sto:lo's relationship to the land and resources, their spiritual, family, community and cultural identity. Crisca also explores the difficulties of moving past colonization and the consequential politics, and the fight for Aboriginal rights amongst the Sto:lo Nation.
