The Spirit Within: Northwest Coast Art from the John Hauberg Collection (University of Washington Press, 1995). In 1991, John Hauberg donated 183 pieces of Northwest Coast art to the Seattle Art Museum. This volume showcases 108 of these 183 objects through a collection of photographs, along with comments and essays from prominent Aboriginal scholars and artists alike as well as providing the reader with in depth information on clan ownership and the use of the objects.
