Vancouverite Rob Feenie, executive chef of Cactus Restaurants since 2008, designs signature dishes and mentors more than 20 Red Seal chefs and over 50 apprentices. Feenie hosted a Food Network cooking show for five seasons and was a co-owner and executive chef of Lumiere, Feenie's and the Lumiere's Tasting Bar in Vancouver until 2007.
