Hill, of Designing Government: From Instruments to Governance (McGill-Queen's, 2004), as well as Executive Styles in Canada: Cabinet Structures and Leadership Practices in Canadian Government (UTP, 2005), with Luc Bernier and Keith Brownsey and Policy Analysis in Canada: The State of the Art (University of Toronto, 2007), with Laurent Dobuzinskis and David Laycock. Michael Howlett, Melody Hessing of Douglas College and Tracy Summerville of the University of Northern British Columbia co-wrote Canadian Natural Resource and Environmental Policy, Second Edition (UBC Press, 2005).
