Born on June 23, 1946 in Chigwell, UK, John R. Bell of Halfmoon Bay, B.C., has published an historical novel, The Circumstantial Enemy, and a leadership and strategy book, Do Less Better: The Power of Strategic Sacrifice in a Complex World. A former CEO of Nabob Foods and Global strategy consultant, he arrived in Canada in 1950 and moved to BC in 1977.
