Han Z. Li was born in China on May 14, 1956. She came to North America in 1986 and to British Columbia in 1988. She earned her master's and doctoral degrees in Psychology at the University of Victoria. She now lives in Prince George and Victoria. She is an associate professor of Psychology at the University of Northern B.C.
