Born on January 5th, 1914 in Victoria B.C., Thelma Reid Lower is the author of The Enchanted Land (Gage, 1967). She has also written articles for the Playboard Theatre Magazine and the Music Critic Richmond Review and is an Honorary Archivist of the Vancouver Bach Choir. She has become an authoritative source on General John Reid.
