Born 1987 in Hazelton in 1987, B. Heather Mantler moved to Prince George in 1993 where she became active in a writing group called Scribblers Anonymous. She was subsequently nominated for the fiction category of the 2012 Prince George Regional Arts and Cultural Awards and shortlisted for the 2013 John Harris Fiction Awards. Her own imprint is Lit-N-Laughter Publishing and she serves as the chief judge of a Pop Fiction contest.
