Zed Receives Gold ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Award in Science Fiction
We are happy to announce that Elizabeth McClung's novel Zed was recognized with Gold (1st place) by the ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Awards in the category of Science Fiction. Zed is a vivid, claustrophobic, at times nightmarish novel about madness, survival, and crumbling institutions. In the spirit of J.G. Ballard's High Rise or Iain Banks' The Wasp Factory, Zed depicts a frenzied underworld; it is a novel of verve and feverish, expansive imagination.
