Brian Misko left a career in sales and marketing to pursue his passion for the grill full-time. He assembled "House of Q,"; a competitive barbecue team, and they entered their first contest in 2005. Since then, the team has won several prestigious awards including the Jack Daniels World BBQ Championships and the 2014 World Food Championships in Las Vegas. Misko's reaction to the win in Vegas? "I yelled, screamed, jumped for joy and celebrated just like we won the Stanley Cup!"; Misko was a guest chef at Vancouver's 2010 Olympics and can be seen giving BBQ tips on Global TV's BC morning News. He lives in Surrey, BC.
