Born in 1910, he wrote about the life and times of one of Vancouver's best-known judges, Angelo Branca, in Gladiator of the Courts, Angelo Branca (D&M 1981). Moore served in tanks in North Africa and was awarded the Military Cross. He became a court reporter in the B.C. Attorney General's Department and retired in 1976. He knew Angelo Branca in and out of the courts for 30 years.
