Born on February 28, 1951 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Debra Shogan came to B.C. in 2004. A Professor emeritus at the University of Alberta, Shogan is an ethicist who has written about the ethics of care, ethics education, feminist ethics, and ethics in popular culture, most specifically about ethics in sport.
