BIOGRAPHICAL DETAILS: Peter was Founder and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada Ltd., which developed into the largest real estate network in the country at the time. He sold the company in 1989, it had achieved $9 billion in annual sales and employed 8,500 sales representatives with 450 franchises.

Over the span of his professional career Peter has developed or acquired more than 46 companies, each which have exceeded millions of dollars in sales and that combined have exceeded well over a billion dollars in revenue. He has also acquired, financed or developed, over a billion dollars worth of real estate deals.

Among some of the more recent awards, Peter was selected as an Ernst & Young Pacific Canada, “Master Entrepreneur” at the 1998 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. His previous book “Never Fight With a Pig” was a Canadian National Bestseller, with over 5000 copies sold.

The founder of Century 21 Real Estate Canada and 'one of the high-flying Western Canadian acquisitors' (according to Peter Newman) Peter Thomas has been called the Donald Trump of Canada's west coast. His business book is Windows of Opportunity. Thomas has worked for the Principal Group and attempted to purchase PTL Club's Heritage USA.
