Little Lake Saga (Caitlin $16.95), by retired construction worker Nelson Miller of Fort St. James, is a lyrical depiction of growth and change in the natural world. Gradually a little lake is transformed by a pair of beavers. Illustrations are by Burns Lake artist Kathy Bedard.
