Terry Abraham has been head of Special Collections and Archives at the University of Idaho Library since 1984. His 1991 paper Collection Policy or Documentation Strategy: Theory and Practice, edited by Scott Cline, is based on a presentation at a joint meeting of the Association of British Columbia Archivists and the Northern Archivists from the 26-28 of April 1990, Vancouver. He has also compiled a listing (Repositories of Primary Sources, Archives Canada) of over 5000 websites describing holdings of manuscripts, archives, rare books, historical photographs, and other primary sources for the research scholar.
