Shana Chow has published two books: Love Gone Savage: A Book of Poetry (Amazon, 2017) and I Tried to Write Love Poems (Amazon, 2019). The latter is a collection of poetry and compositions detailing the emotional journey of a broken heart. About deception, abuse, motivation and womanhood, the book is separated into four parts.

Chow is a certified life coach with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Simon Fraser University. She was born and raised in Burnaby. Her mother was an elementary school teacher and her father worked as a property master in the film industry. From a young age, Chow visited her father on film sets and eventually acted in independent films and television productions. She has also modeled and was previously a freelance song writer for Little Angel's YouTube Channel.
